Authored governing document which defined the process and procedures for tracking of software installed in client environments globally. Owner of the process responsible for:

  • Process definition and strategic vision 
  • Process implementation
  • Process governance and oversight
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Audit preparation and representation (ISO 9001 / FDA 21CFR11)
  • Ensuring that compliance with international regulations and standards was also maintained.

Production and Distribution

Parallel responsibilities to the above, but with the focus on physical and electronic packaging and the distribution of software globally.

Product Owner

Responsible for all aspects of product ownership for internally developed tools that support the Global Installed Base and Production and Distribution Processes. Design and implement BCDR plans for sphere of responsibility.

Program Management

Responsible for the implementation and oversight of the Global Installed Base and Production and Distribution Processes.

Personnel / Resource Manager

Direct manager for senior software development and technical support teams.

Supplier Management

Evaluate and select vendors and tools used in support of owned processes. Primary vendor liaison for toolset.

Technical Support Manager

Day to day management of technical stakeholder support for tools operating within owned processes.
